As part of our mission to provide education and support to Alzheimer's patients, their families, and caregivers, the Greater Richmond Chapter offers a number of programs. The following are offered to the public at no cost unless otherwise noted.

Conversations About Alzheimer's and Dementia
The monthly talks will address concerns, questions and answers that will be helpful to anyone whose life is being affected by Alzheimer's or dementia.  Each session will be held at Petersburg Public Library, Multi-Purpose Room, 201 W. Washington Street, Petersburg, VA from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm.    

  • December 12, 2017:  Putting the JOY back in the Holidays - Helen Peace, M.Ed., Crater Community Hospice

Alzheimer's & Dementia Family Education Series
The monthly talks will address concerns, questions and answers that will be helpful to anyone whose  life is being affected by Alzheimer's or dementia.  Each session will be held at Sunflower Gardens, 5305 Plaza Drive, N. Prince George, VA from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm.   

  • December 20, 2017:  Understanding and Responding to Dementia-Related Behavior
