Advocacy Volunteer Opportunity
Alzheimer’s advocates play an important role in advocating for the quality of care and quality of life for people with Alzheimer’s disease and their families by working to improve dementia care and services; improve access to community-based care; improve quality care in residential settings; and expand funding for research and public programs serving people with dementia.
Illinois Action Summit Volunteer Opportunity
By joining advocates from all across Illinois in this one-day event, you can help compel state legislators to engage in the fight to make Illinois dementia capable and protect the needs of the nearly 1 million Illinoisans affected by this devastating disease.
In order to become a volunteer at the Alzheimer’s Association Illinois Chapter, we request that volunteers create a profile. This will help to inform us of your volunteer interests and availability.
