The Alzheimer's Association Illinois Chapter invites nominations recognizing outstanding caregivers who provide care in the state of Illinois. The awards will be presented at the Power of Purple: A Reason to Hope Luncheon at the Four Seasons in Chicago on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. Awards recognize family and friend caregivers and professionals who serve and support individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia.
