Clinical Providers

Many complex challenges are inherent to dementia. Clinical providers are on the frontlines of connecting families affected by dementia to the resources they need. The Alzheimer's Association has the time and expertise to provide much needed information, support and resources to families affected by dementia. Intervention by the Alzheimer's Association enables families to develop a plan for the future, maximize caregiver proficiency and minimize or eliminate the challenges. All resources through the Alzheimer's Association are provided free of charge.
