NAVIGATING THE HOLIDAYS
Thursday, NOVEMBER 2
2:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Johnson County Library
9875 W 87th St.
Overland Park, KS 66212
Central Logan Room

The holidays are often associated with images of comfort, joy and wonder, but the holiday season can be bittersweet and challenging for
families facing Alzheimer’s and dementia. Gatherings can agitate, confuse and overstimulate persons living with the disease. It’s important to plan and adjust expectations so you and your loved one can still find meaning and joy in the holiday season.
