The Alzheimer's Association Long Island Chapter provides free Care Consultations that are confidential and personalized to your needs. Each of our Care Consultants has expertise in the field of dementia care. Consultations can be provided by phone, video or in-person and can include family members in separate locations.
Care Consultations can be a lifeline during a difficult time and are great for planning ahead.
