Virtual caregiver support groups are designed to provide emotional, educational and social support to caregivers through regularly scheduled meetings. They help participants develop methods and skills to solve problems while encouraging caregivers to maintain their own personal, physical and emotional health.

In addition to general support groups, the Long Island Chapter offers specialized support groups for caregivers who are spouses, adult children, millennials, those caring for people in early and late-stages of Alzheimer's or dementia, those with a loved one in a care facility and more.
