The marketing/communications volunteer/intern will assist the communications and events managers in planning and promoting Alzheimer’s Association events through online calendar entries, social media posts, flier creation, news releases, public service announcements and other means. This unpaid role can be performed for college credit or as a volunteer.
Demonstrated proficiency in writing, editing and fact-checking. Familiarity with social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. Familiarity with Google programs, Windows, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with InDesign, Photoshop and PremierePro or iMovie also a plus.
