Dates and Times

What are the dates for MAP?

MAP will take place the first week of May. The keynote will be on May 3, followed by a track each day, and ending with the closing session on May 7.

When does registration begin?

Registration opens March 3rd.

When does registration end?

Registration ends April 28th at 5:00 pm EDT.

What time zone will be used for MAP’s virtual sessions?

All of the sessions will be offered at Eastern Time (EDT). Please see the Program page for more details.

Pricing and Payment

What are the costs for the virtual event?

$75 Early Rate (deadline April 7 at 5:00 pm EDT)

$90 Regular Rate (deadline April 28 at 5:00 pm EDT)

Registration includes Keynote, One Track, Closing Session, and CEUs. Additional tracks available.

Can I pay by check to register?

When does the early registration period end?

The deadline for early registration is April 7th at 5:00 pm EDT.

Do you offer a special rate for students?

Students are eligible to attend the keynote and closing session for a discounted rate of $25. Additional tracks can be added for an additional $25 per track. If you are interested in attending our conference as a student please email for a coupon code.

Sessions and Technology

I forgot to register for a Track, or I want to register for more Tracks - can I update my registration?

Yes, it is possible to update your registration. Click "Register," log in with your username & password, click "View Registration," and then click "Edit" next to your list of sessions. Please see this PDF with detailed instructions.

Will I need to download or install any software to be able to attend this event?

No, you just need internet access in order to attend MAP! If you desire, you can download the Zoom application onto your computer- but this is not at all necessary to attend the event.

Will sessions be recorded and archived for later review?

Recording of sessions will be sent to registrants post session. CEU certificates are not provided for taped sessions.

Will attendees be able to ask questions or participate in the session?

Yes! Attendees will be able to utilize the Q&A function to ask questions and will also be able to participate in polls. There is also a Facebook group for MAP attendees to engage in followup conversations with presenters and other attendees.

Continuing Education

How do I receive CE credits for attending MAP?

You will receive a CE certificate for the keynote, closing session, and for each track you attend. Attendees must provide full name in Zoom (to verify attendance), must successfully complete a post test and evaluation, and must attend the entire duration of each session. If you choose to purchase and attend additional track(s), you will have the opportunity to receive additional CE certificate(s). Only those who register for the conference have the option to add tracks.

Certificates will be emailed to participants within 30 days of the conference.

Will there be an Exhibit Hall?
