Support Groups

We offer general dementia caregiver, specialty caregiver, and persons living with dementia support groups. Support groups create a safe, confidential, supportive environment and offer a chance for participants to develop informal mutual support and social relationships. They also educate and inform participants about dementia and help participants develop coping methods and skills to solve problems.

Person with dementia support groups are specifically designed for individuals that have recently been diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment, or any type of dementia, and are in the early stage of the disease. Find a Person with Dementia Support Group

General dementia caregiver support groups are designed for individuals who have cared for or are caring for a person with any type of dementia. Find a General Dementia Caregiver Support Group

Specialty caregiver support groups may be for Young Adults, Adult Children, caregivers impacted by Younger Onset Dementia, and caregivers who have recently lost someone to dementia. Find a Specialty Caregiver Support Group
