Care Consultation is an in-depth personalized service for individuals and families who are facing decisions and challenges associated with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. The goal for each session is to get help with decision-making, develop a plan for the future and receive education.

Care Consultants can help families develop a road map to navigate through the thoughts, emotions and questions around memory loss and dementia, including:

  • Changing roles
  • Available resources
  • Building a support system
  • Legal and financial issues
  • Understanding the healthcare system
  • Safety

Individual Sessions
60-minute session are available for one-on-one Care Consultation

Family Sessions

90-minute sessions allow for families to learn together. Long-distance family members can participate via conference call, if desired.

Care Consultation Package

The benefits of multiple sessions are proven. The package offers depth and consistency not possible in a single meeting. By participating in 3 sessions, research has shown that individuals are more likely to:
  • Have a better understanding of the disease
  • Learn additional ways to cope
  • Feel more prepared
  • Know where to find help
