This helpful guide is designed to help you and those close to you navigate the changes a new diagnosis brings. Taking Action addresses common concerns, provides practical tips and steps to take after diagnosis, and offers perspectives of people living with memory loss. Living Well Workbook (PDF)

Living Well workbookThe Living Well Workbook presents brain wellness strategies and the evidence behind them. Each chapter includes information about a specific strategy, its benefits, perspectives of people living with MCI and early dementia, ideas that you can try, and a place for you to build your own living well plan. Topics include: Exercise, Nutrition, Brain Exercise, Stress Reduction, and more. Printing and distribution underwritten in part by the Doug Jones Family Foundation Endowment Fund.
