AAIC® Advancements: Modernizing Diagnosis featured global perspectives on the science of Alzheimer’s diagnosis, detection and monitoring. Areas of focus included the Revised Criteria for Diagnosis and Staging of Alzheimer’s Disease, Treatment-Related Amyloid Clearance (TRAC), biomarker advancements, clinical case studies and more.
As science advances and evolves, so do approaches to describing and diagnosing Alzheimer's disease. In particular, we now have a better understanding of the changes in Alzheimer's biomarkers throughout the course of the disease. The global research community met to discuss geographic-specific implications and considerations.
