Lifespan Respite Subsidy Program

Disabled Persons and Family Support Program
The Disabled Persons and Family Support program provides monthly funding for services to individuals with disabilities to help them continue to live independently or to help families stay together. Visit the Home and Community Services website or call 402.471.9220.
Aged and Disabled Waiver

Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Program
The PACE program provides comprehensive, coordinated health care and long-term care services and supports to voluntarily-enrolled individuals to enable participants to continue living in their homes and communities. Social Services for Aged and Disabled Adults (SSAD) Program
The SSAD program provides needed services such as chore assistance, adult day services, home-delivered meals, and transportation to low-income persons who are living with disabilities.
