The Alzheimer's Association - Western Carolina Chapter serves 49 counties in western and central North Carolina. We help all those facing Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias by providing support groups and educational resources, while advancing crucial research and public policy initiatives. The Alzheimer’s Association provides services to the central and western North Carolina community. Our support groups are offered regularly. Our education programs for the general public, both online and in person, feature information on topics such as diagnosis, warning signs, communication, living with Alzheimer’s disease and caregiving techniques.
