Currently, more than 410,000 New Yorkers are living with Alzheimer’s disease and more than 546,000 family and friends are providing care. The Northeastern New York Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association serves a 17-county area in the northeastern most corner of New York State. From the Capital Region to Plattsburgh, from Oneonta to Columbia Greene and everything in between, your local chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association® is here to help.

Our mission: The Alzheimer's Association leads the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support.

Our vision: A world without Alzheimer's and all other dementia.
