Currently, 410,000 New Yorkers are living with Alzheimer’s disease, and more than 546,00 family and friends are providing care. The Alzheimer’s Association, Northeastern New York Chapter is here to help families, caregivers, health care professionals and those living with the disease. We serve a 17-county area in the northeastern most corner of New York State. From the Capital Region to the North Country, these counties cover over 15,000 square miles, representing approximately 30% of New York State, and are home to 1.5 million people.
