The Alzheimer's Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter serves 24 counties in Ohio. We help all those facing Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias by providing care and support and educational resources, while advancing crucial research and public policy initiatives.
Areas we Serve
The Alzheimer's Association Northwest Ohio Chapter provides services to 24 counties in Ohio, including Allen, Ashland, Auglaize, Crawford, Defiance, Erie, Fulton, Hancock, Hardin, Henry, Huron, Knox, Lucas, Mercer, Ottawa, Paulding, Putnam, Richland, Sandusky, Seneca, Van Wert, Williams, Wood, and Wyandot.
Some of the cities included in our area are Ashland, Bluffton, Bryan, Bowling Green, Bucyrus, Celina, Defiance, Findlay, Fostoria, Fremont, Kenton, Lima, Mansfield, Mount Vernon, Napoleon, Norwalk, Ottawa, Paulding, Port Clinton, Sandusky, St. Mary’s, Swanton, Tiffin, Toledo, Upper Sandusky, and Wauseon.

The Alzheimer’s Association provides care and support
The Alzheimer’s Association provides services to the Northwest Ohio community. Our support groups for Caregivers are led by trained professionals and volunteers and are offered regularly around our 24 counties. Our Early Stage support or engagement groups are held in some of our counties and are led by trained professionals and volunteers. Our education programs for the general public, both online and in person, feature information on topics such as diagnosis, warning signs, communication, living with Alzheimer’s disease and caregiving techniques.
