A diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease is life changing. It can be difficult to chart a course for the future. Our free Pathways early-stage social engagement programs and support groups offer a comfortable way to get active and connected to others in similar situations. Connecting with people who understand what you are going through can provide support, encouragement and inspiration.
