The Alzheimer's Association is partnering with The Patient Palette to offer three creative arts programs. These programs will provide a safe space to express yourself, engage with peers, and learn new self-care techniques.  

Taking Root: The Art of Self Preservation
Six Week Drama Therapy Support Group for Caregivers

Roar & Whisper: Grounding In My Voice & Body
Six week Drama Therapy Group for Individuals with Dementia 
This group offers a space to let out a loud roar or a quiet whisper through your body and its sensations. Join us in this opportunity to connect to your body and mind, and with those around you. You will be heard and supported in your shared experience—each day invites all feelings, and all levels of participation.
