Caregiver Resource Center OC provides assistance to caregivers coping with a loved one’s chronic illness. Services include family consultation, assessment, care planning, counseling, resource referral, respite planning and educational seminars.



St. Jude Medical Center Senior Services address the unique needs of older adults and their families in North Orange County. Their mission is to help low income seniors stay healthy, independent and active by providing comprehensive programs and access to services such as transportation, grief counseling, in-home safety, and more.



The LGBTQ Center OC is one of the oldest gay and lesbian community centers in the United States. Theirlife-affirming programs focus on empowerment, and their advocacy efforts focus on speaking out against hate and discrimination. 



Radiant Health Centers provides the LGBTQ+ community medical services that are compassionate and comprehensive while continuing to serve those living with and affected by HIV. They provide healthcare, counseling, and soical services.
