All groups listed are affiliated with the Alzheimer's Association and are in compliance with Chapter and National Standards. Support groups are available in English, Vietnamese, Spanish, and Farsi.
Early Stage Memory Loss Support Groups The Take Charge Early Memory Loss group is an 8-week supportive/educational group for adults (and their care partners) experiencing early stage symptoms of memory loss due to mild cognitive impairment, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease or a related disorder. Graduates of this 8-week program are invited to take part in our twice a month continuation support group.
