What inspires you to keep fighting?

We want to get to know more about the dedicated people who support our fight, so we at the Alzheimer's Association invite you to complete this brief survey to help us understand what motivates you to support our work to fight Alzheimer’s disease and all other dementia today and into the future. All information you provide will only be viewed by staff and representatives of the Association, and each question is optional. Thank you in advance for your willingness to share your thoughts.

I fight to help protect future generations by advancing breakthrough research to unlock new treatments and, one day, a cure.

I fight because Alzheimer's is an escalating public health crisis and I want to help advocate for policy change at the local and national levels.

I fight because I am caring for someone with Alzheimer's and want to help everyone living with this disease, as well as their caregivers, get the support they need, whenever they need it.

I fight to honor the memory of a loved one lost to Alzheimer's or another dementia.
