Local agencies improve connections to resources
By Marcia Greenwood, Rochester Democrat and Chronicle

Here and across the country, the coronavirus pandemic has hit African American and Latino communities especially hard. For people of color already caring for loved ones who are frail and elderly or dealing with other illnesses such as dementia and Alzheimer's disease, the pandemic has added one more challenge to daily life.

Alzheimer's Association

The Alzheimer's Association leads the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support. Our vision is a world without Alzheimer's and all other dementia.™ For more information, visit www.alz.org or call the 24/7 Helpline at 800.272.3900.
