Alzheimer's is a journey, not a destination. Taking an active role to educate yourself about how your life may be impacted by getting a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or other dementia, or by being a caregiver to someone living with Alzheimer's or dementia, can be an empowering first step.

Our free education programs are available to you in various formats:

  • Attend an education program in-person in your local community – find them via our Community Resource Finder, visit our Programs by County page, or call 800.272.3900.
  • Access on-demand Alzheimer’s and dementia education programs online at alz.org/education
  • Engage in online programs live via Zoom (a list of virtual programs will be available soon)
