The Alzheimer’s Association Rochester Finger Lakes Region Chapter has relocated to 200 Meridian Centre Blvd., Suite 110, in the town of Brighton. The Association’s office previously was located on East Henrietta Road at Monroe Community Hospital.

The new office opened on May 1, 2022.

“Meridian Centre was the perfect choice for the Alzheimer’s Association’s new offices because of its central location in Monroe County and its proximity to major highways,” said Alzheimer’s Association Rochester Finger Lakes Chapter Executive Director Teresa Galbier. “Our first-floor exterior entrance and ample free parking make the offices even more accessible to our constituents.”

The office park is conveniently located off South Winton Road near Route 590. The grounds are adjacent to the Erie Canal and the 60-mile Erie Canal Heritage Trail, as well as Meridian Centre Park, a 24-acre public park with trails and sports fields.

The move to Brighton was put on hold during the pandemic, as the Association swiftly moved from in-person to virtual programs and support groups.

“Although our employees are back to the office, the Alzheimer’s Association continues to offer many of its award-winning programs online,” Galbier said. “We are so proud of the teamwork displayed by our staff at the start of and during the pandemic, and now as we settle into our beautiful new offices.”

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but our toll-free Helpline at 800.272.3900 is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Walk-ins are welcome but if you’d like to make an appointment in advance please contact our Helpline.
