Support Group Mentors provide mentoring and training support for facilitators of early stage or caregiver groups. Support Group Mentors closely collaborate with Association staff to provide hands-on assistance where needed to improve the quality and participation in Alzheimer's Association support groups.

Community Educator

Raise awareness, provide education and expand the reach of our programs in the community.  Deliver Alzheimer’s Association Core Curriculum using prepared training materials on topics related to Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias as well as information for individuals and families impacted by the disease.

Caregiver Support Group Facilitator

Help facilitate support groups that provide emotional, educational and social support to those caring for someone living with Alzheimer’s or another dementia.

Community Health Workers (Promotores)

Promotores serve as liaisons between the Alzheimer’s Association and the Latino community. They are volunteer community members and leaders who raise awareness of Alzheimer’s Association programs, provide basic disease information and connect people to our services. (Bilingual)
