Dementia Specific Resource Guides

If you are a provider and would like to be listed in one of our resource guides please complete the Resource Guide Inclusion Form.

The Southeast Florida Chapter has created and maintains dementia specific resource guides to assist caregivers, professionals and individuals with dementia who may be seeking information about resources within our service area.  Topics such as home care, long term care, neurologists/memory disorder centers and elder law attorneys are all available by calling Helpline 1-800-272-3900 or completing an online Helpline inquiry form.  You are also welcome to create an account with our Community Resource Finder at
