Learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.

disease gives you a chance to plan for the future.

Presentations are approximately thirty minutes to an hour long.

Meet Fredy Batres, Outreach Specialist - Fort Bend & West Harris Counties

Fredy joined the Alzheimer’s Association in June 2016 and is very excited to be a member of the team. He graduated from the University of Houston in 2012 and has been involved in non-profit for several years.
