Dedicate a Memory Wall Note in honor or memory of a loved one who has Alzheimer's or their caregivers. Our Memory Wall will be proudly displayed in our new Memory Cafe, with notes engraved with personal messages.
Gifts of $500 or more entitle the donor to place a commemorative note on the Memory Wall:
Are you thinking of selling or trading in that old car, boat or RV? Why not donate it instead? We will make arrangements to conveniently and quickly pick-up your vehicle donation at no cost to you. Car Program, LLC, America's largest and most trusted car donation center, will handle the title transfer requirements and provide you with a tax deductible donation receipt at the time of pick-up. Your gift to the Alzheimer's Association Houston & Southeast Texas Chapter could be matched by your company through their matching gift program. Check with your company’s HR Department to find out if your company will match your contribution to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Community Health Charities and the Combined Federal Campaign
- The Houston & Southeast Texas Chapter is a member of the Community Health Charities federation, the largest workplace giving campaign devoted to health. If your employer participates in Community Health Charities campaigns, designate your contribution to the Alzheimer’s Association Houston & Southeast Texas Chapter.
- Federal and State employees can donate to the Alzheimer’s Association through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) and the State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC), respectively.
Your company may have a volunteer grant program where they will donate to the Alzheimer's Association Houston & Southeast Texas Chapter because of the time you volunteered to the Chapter. Contact your company’s HR department for workplace giving opportunities.
Please support the Alzheimer’s Association through the Randalls Good Neighbor Card.
The Randalls Good Neighbor Program links a charity code to your Randalls Card. Simply visit the Courtesy Booth at your nearest Randall’s, and ask the clerk to link your card to our code: 739. Then, just hand your Randalls card to the cashier each time you shop. The card is good for discounts, and 1% of your purchases will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Association through the Randalls Good Neighbor Program.

Bequests and charitable gift annuities (CGAs) are two popular types of planned gifts that can make a lasting contribution to the Alzheimer's Association.
Note: The Alzheimer's Association strongly encourages donors to work with their attorneys and financial professionals to determine which type of planned gift may be most suitable for their individual situation. Chapter staff will be pleased to answer any questions you or your advisor may have.

Charitable Gift Annuities
The Alzheimer's Association offers charitable gift annuities. Gift annuities are easy to establish and offer a tax deduction at the time of the initial gift. In addition, a portion of the lifetime payments made to the annuitant may be tax-free. Gift annuities may be established for one or two annuitants and may be funded with cash or appreciated stock. When you donate appreciated stock to the Alzheimer's Association Houston & Southeast Texas Chapter, you can receive significant potential tax benefits. Gifts of stock may be transferred electronically to the Houston & Southeast Texas Chapter securely and conveniently. First, please call Alexis Eaton at (713) 314-1331 so we can inform our broker that a transfer will be made. Then, contact your broker to inform them that you would like to make a gift of stock to the Alzheimer's Association Houston & Southeast Texas Chapter. Your broker will need the following information which we can provide: Broker; Account Name; Account Number and DTC Number.
