Support Programs

Alzheimer's Association support programs provide people with Alzheimer’s, their caregivers and others affected by the disease the opportunity to exchange information as well as develop methods and skills to solve problems. Participants are also able to cultivate mutual support systems and social relationships while learning about available resources.

We are always looking for new facilitators to host support groups from a facility in their community. Learn how you can become a support group facilitator HERE.

We offer classroom training for healthcare supervisors and direct care workers in assisted living and nursing homes.

Respite Care Funding
Funds raised through Amplify Austin are now available to help offset some of the cost associated with providing RESPITE CARE to caregivers of people with Alzheimer’s Disease. Must be approved by Alzheimer's Association Capital of Texas prior to providing services. We will not reimburse for services already provided. Apply for funding HERE
