Facing Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia can feel isolating and overwhelming. That's why having a strong support network is key. Joining a support group gives you a community you can turn to for advice and encouragement and can help you feel socially connected.
We know support is even more critical during the COVID-19 pandemic, which is why we're also offering virtual support groups at this time.
To find a support group, go to our Community Resource Finder and click the Alzheimer's Association Programs and Events tab.
If you have still have questions about our support groups or the other educational programs we provide, you can contact our Programs Director, Harlyn Hardin, by emailing her at hahardin@alz.org or by calling our office at 615-315-5880.
