The Alzheimer’s Association provides vital services and support to individuals, their families, and care partners in the community. Our volunteers contribute in all aspects of the organization including program services, education, awareness, advocacy, and development. We provide a volunteer orientation and further training as needed. Background checks are required for certain positions.
Represent the Alzheimer's Association at community workshops, seminars & trainings.
Assist with administrative projects such as data-entry, follow-up phone calls, assembling information packets, and much more.
Communicate with state and federal officials on legislative issues.
Provide information about Alzheimer's disease and the services provided by the Alzheimer's Association at various community events.
Help plan, promote and work the day of the event.
Help families directly affected by Alzheimer's disease by leading a support group.
