Special events volunteer
Walk to End Alzheimer’s - Contributing boundless energy and enthusiasm, Steering Committee volunteers create and host a memorable Walk experience with our largest signature fundraising event.

The Longest Day - The Longest Day symbolizes the challenging journey of those living with the disease and their caregivers. Teams are encouraged to create their own experience as they fundraise and participate in an activity they love to honor someone facing the disease.

Reason to Hope Dinner & Luncheon - The Alzheimer’s Association’s Reason to Hope Dinner or luncheon captures what all of us who are affected, or may be, want: help living with dementia, coordinated financial and emotional support programs at all levels of society, and investment in world-wide research to find a cure. Proceeds raised through the Reason to Hope fund crucial programs and services to help Vermonters living with dementia, as well as expand advocacy efforts on the federal and state level and advance cutting-edge research worldwide.
