ALZTOGETHER is a way to create a meaningful connection between a person with Alzheimer's disease or other dementia and their caregiver. Together, they will explore local cultural attractions and community-based activities, as well as connect with others on their journey with Alzheimer's.

Participation is free of charge but reservations are required. Call the Chapter at 716.626.0600 and dial extension 313.

Individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia must be accompanied by a caregiver.
