The Alzheimer's Association 24/7 Helpline provides reliable and confidential information and support to all those who need assistance anytime of the day or night. The Helpline serves people with memory loss, caregivers, health care professionals and the public. Our highly trained and knowledgeable staff can help you with:
Our 24/7 Helpline also features confidential care consultation provided by trained clinicians who can help with decision-making support, crisis assistance and education on issues families face every day. Our Support Groups offer caregivers the opportunity to share experiences in a safe and confidential space and learn methods and skills to solve problems. Our Education Programs provide the information to empower caregivers to look after their own well-being and effectively care for their loved ones.
