The AAIC Satellite Symposium is now a virtual conference.
Together with our partner, the Global Brain Health Institute, the Alzheimer's Association® has decided to transition the AAIC Satellite Symposium from Athens, Greece, to a virtual conference, May 12-13, 2021 — free of charge. We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and travel restrictions issued by global governments and made this decision in order to protect the health and safety of attendees.
Register today at no cost.
As part of the year-round learning opportunities offered by AAIC, join leaders in the field virtually at the AAIC Satellite Symposium to discuss the latest findings and explore emerging dementia research and ideas in the Mediterranean region.
Debut your research.
Submit an abstract for the virtual AAIC Satellite Symposium. Share your latest findings on a wide variety of topics, including:
- Basic and translational science.
- Diagnosis and prognosis.
- Public health and psychosocial factors.
- Therapeutics.
- Public policy.
- Social justice and equity.
Submissions will be considered for a poster presentation, as well as a special opportunity to present a Lightning Session — a four-minute-or-less presentation designed to give the audience a snapshot of your work. If you have already submitted an abstract, you will receive an email from alz@confex.com.
Abstracts are due by March 17 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
