24/7 Helpline: The Alzheimer's Association 24/7 Helpline serves people with memory loss, caregivers, health care professionals and the public, providing reliable information and support to all those who need assistance. Call us toll-free anytime day or night at 800.272.3900.

Online tools: With our online tools you can join the ALZConnected® community; answer a few questions about your situation and get next steps with ALZNavigator™; take on-demand education programs with our eLearning platform; discover resources in your area with Community Resource Finder; or check out an item from our Virtual Library.

Our programs are supported, in part, by a grant from the New York State Department of Health.
