To help awardees and others improve upon sustainability and increase their service capacity and quality, CDRI hosts bi-monthly Keys to Sustainability in Respite Care webinars. Each webinar is led by an expert from the field and includes a peer-to-peer learning portion with group discussion. Topics are based on innovations in the field, as well as current grantee challenges.
The Center for Dementia Respite Innovation offers a suite of toolkits and guides designed to promote understanding and access to high-quality respite care. These resources are designed to help individuals, families, and providers explore respite options and understand their benefits. Developed for use by CDRI grantees and the broader public, these materials support person-centered, dementia-capable care and are freely available in accordance with grant guidelines.
CDRI’s webinar series offers practical insights and expert guidance to help providers deliver high-quality, person-centered respite care. Topics range from foundational principles of dementia-capable support to strategies for staff empowerment, funding sustainability, and program innovation. Each session includes corresponding key takeaways to reinforce learning and support implementation. Webinars are available to both current grantees and the broader public, reflecting CDRI’s commitment to accessible, equity-driven education.
