The Alzheimer's Association, in collaboration with MedicAlert Foundation, provides membership plans with 24/7 Wandering Support, a national emergency response service for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease or another dementia who wander or have a medical emergency. Care partners are also offered access into this service.
With the generous support of the Valmount Foundation and CHI Hospitals, the Nebraska Chapter offers a free, one year enrollment and accompanying devices to Nebraskans living with dementia and/or their care partners upon completion of the below grant application.
