“They say that people need a village. A community. But really, they need an army. That’s what the Alzheimer’s Association helps us do — create an army to fight this battle with all our might, and together we will prevail.”

    — Lori, who lost multiple family members to Alzheimer's

    Our Mission

The Alzheimer's Association leads the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support.

Honor a Loved One This END ALZ Day

While every day is a day to honor loved ones impacted by this disease, END ALZ Day is a chance to pay tribute to someone in your life with a gift that can go 3x as far in our fight to end Alzheimer’s.

Triple Your Impact on END ALZ Day

On END ALZ Day, your role in this fight becomes even more powerful with our 3x match. A generous donor, who wishes to remain anonymous, has pledged to triple-match all gifts — up to $75,000 — if we raise the same amount by April 17. Their gift will advance research while your gift can go three times as far to help provide care and support while advancing research. See our use of funds and finances.

Urge Congress to Allow Medicare Coverage for Alzheimer's Blood Tests

Researchers have developed blood tests that can detect Alzheimer’s before symptoms appear — but Medicare can't cover these tests until Congress allows it. Tell Congress to support the bipartisan ASAP Act, which clears this roadblock and accelerates access to dementia screening.
