Take Action

Central and North Florida Chapter

The Alzheimer's Association Central and North Florida Chapter serves 43 counties with education and support, as well as raising funds for critical research.

We provide education and support to all those facing Alzheimer’s and other dementias throughout our community, including those living with the disease, caregivers, health care professionals and families. We are also committed to advocating for the needs and rights of those facing Alzheimer’s disease and advancing critical research toward methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure.

Walk to End Alzheimer's®

The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's® is the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research.
