We Are Here for You

The Alzheimer's Association Miami Valley Chapter is here to help local families dealing with dementia and serves Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Logan, Miami, Montgomery, Preble and Shelby counties. We offer a broad range of free programs and services, funding for Alzheimer's and dementia research, and state advocacy efforts.

Our office is open on Wednesday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., and other week days by appointment. Call our office at 937.291.3332. Care consultations are available by appointment.
