Brain Health Habit Builder
Make your plan for a healthy brain
Brain health means keeping your brain working its best as you age. Maintaining a healthy brain protects how well you think, learn and remember — and may also help lower your risk of dementia. Brain health is important across the lifespan, not just in the later stages of adulthood. Healthy habits can help you live better now and protect your memory and thinking as you get older.
