China ADNI (C-ADNI) is acquiring data comparable to the data and information gathered throughout other WW-ADNI centers. The C-ADNI team has completed the validation and training of cognitive testing in both Chinese and English and they are in the process of enrolling volunteers and collecting data. The C-ADNI goal is to develop biomarkers for Alzheimer's disease; to evaluate the effects of lifestyle risk factors on Alzheimer's disease progression, and to establish and validate MRI and PET images, cerebral spinal fluid measures and blood biomarkers as possible predictive measures of the disease.
