SRS Real Estate Partners hosts Corporate Impact Event to invite corporate partners to join in the fight to against Alzheimer’s
DALLAS (June 26, 2025) - The Alzheimer's Association Dallas & Northeast Texas Chapter is excited to announce that Klyde Warren Park will be the new venue for the 2025 Walk to End Alzheimer's taking place on November 1, 2025. The chapter is equally excited to have SRS Real Estate Partners return as presenting sponsors for the third consecutive year.
SRS Real Estate Partners hosted corporate community members at the Walk to End Alzheimer's Corporate Impact lunch at SRS' headquarters earlier this month. Attendees heard about the impact of corporate teams like SRS Real Estate Partners and learned how to become involved in the fight against Alzheimer's. Tracy Denton, Regional Vice President and Executive Director for the Alzheimer's Association described the effect of Alzheimer's on the workforce and provided recent research and treatment options. During the event, SRS presented the Alzheimer's Association with a donation of $110,000 in a check presentation. A long-term supporter of the Association, SRS has been involved with the Walk to End Alzheimer's since 2014. To date, SRS has raised nearly $900,000 for Alzheimer's care, support, research, and advocacy.
Brant Landry, Executive Vice President and Principal at SRS Real Estate Partners shared his deeply personal story of his journey with his father's Alzheimer's diagnosis and his role as a caregiver. "I'm a sole caretaker now, and I'm proud to do it. It's what we do when we have elderly loved ones — we take care of them. But it is a difficult task," said Landry. "The good news is that there are some amazing things that are happening thanks to the money that people around the world donate. I believe in the next decade there will be progression in treatments, and more things to help us manage the disease. I encourage each of you, whether you have someone who suffers from this or not, to continue to donate because the Alzheimer's Association is a great organization."
SRS Real Estate Partners' relationship with the Alzheimer's Association is a precise example of how sustained corporate engagement can deepen impact over time," said Denton. "What started as employee-led participation in the local Walk to End Alzheimer's quickly grew into a company wide movement. We are proud to have them as the Presenting Sponsor and to continue to grow our relationship with the SRS team."
There are more than 7 million Americans living with Alzheimer's disease in the United States.
