Join volunteer advocates from across Delaware for a joint advocacy day with the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) and the Alzheimer's Association. Together, we'll meet with state lawmakers and advocate for policies that improve the lives of patients and families in our state.
We'll be urging lawmakers to expand insurance coverage for biomarker testing, so more patients can access the personalized, life-saving treatments they need.
No prior advocacy experience is needed. We'll provide everything you need to feel confident and prepared, including training, materials, and tips for effective meetings with elected officials. We will also work to schedule meetings with your state senator and representative whenever possible.
