It takes about five minutes to answer questions about your habits. Along the way, you'll learn how different habits and health conditions affect the brain.

See what brain-healthy habits you're already doing well, and understand where there is room for improvement.
Build your action plan.
Choose 1-3 habits to work on. Taking small steps, like setting a realistic goal for yourself, is a great way to start. Download and display your plan where you’ll see it every day.
As you follow your action plan, you may be ready to focus on new brain-healthy habits. Save your results so you can revisit them to check your progress or build a new action plan.
