    The Alzheimer’s Association - Heart of America Chapter is the premier source of information and support for the 54,500 individuals and 200,000 family members and care partners living with dementia in our service area. Through the 65 counties we serve in Kansas and Missouri, the Heart of America Chapter offers a broad range of programs and services.

    The Heart of America Chapter offers Alzheimer's education in many forms including online training, in-person and/or virtual workshops, community forums, company employee training, and much more. Educations are free of charge for individuals with Alzheimer's or another dementia and their families and care partners.
