Register now to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s Disease and other related dementia and build relationships with our New Hampshire state legislators! 

The Alzheimer’s Association 2024 New Hampshire Advocacy Day will be held on Wednesday, May 1st at the New Hampshire State House! Please join us to connect with our legislative champions and get the latest updates on our work to support people living with dementia and their family caregivers.

During our day at the State House, you will meet with legislators to discuss our policy requests to help support the 26,000 individuals living with Alzheimer's in New Hampshire and hear from experts in the field about the landscape of Alzheimer's disease or other dementia in New Hampshire.

By registering, you’re signing up to learn more as details become available about the event at the New Hampshire State House in Concord.

There will also be a virtual training session prior to the Advocacy Day to give you a sense of what to expect. More details to come as we get closer to the event.
